Book a consultationAbout me
A therapist who listens to the person, not just the problem.
I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected and able to be yourself.

Meet your therapist
A genuine relationship is at the heart of meaningful change.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. My aim is to make that first conversation feel comfortable, straightforward and free from judgement.
I will meet you with warmth and curiosity, helping you understand what is happening and find a way forward that feels right for you.
My approach
Warm, collaborative and practical
I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where we can make sense of what you are experiencing together. Therapy will be guided by your goals and adapted to your pace.
CBT gives us a useful framework, but our work will always be personal. We will focus on changes that feel realistic and meaningful for you.
Experience you can feel confident in
I bring seven years of experience working within mental health services, alongside substantial knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity.
- Support for children, young people and adults
- Experience of anxiety, depression, OCD and difficult experiences
- Neurodiversity-informed and adaptable sessions
- Evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy
