Book a consultationHow I can help
You do not need a particular diagnosis to feel that everything has become too much. When demands exceed the resources available to us, it can become hard to think clearly, make decisions or know where to begin.
What this can look like
You do not need to identify with every example or have a formal diagnosis to begin a conversation.
How CBT may help
Identify the thoughts, demands and behaviours that are increasing pressure.
Distinguish practical issues you can act on from hypothetical worries that consume energy.
Break problems into smaller steps and develop realistic planning and prioritising strategies.
Review boundaries, recovery, expectations and the balance between demands and meaningful activity.
What sessions might involve
We may map current pressures, notice all-or-nothing expectations, practise problem-solving and create a realistic plan for reducing overload. The focus is not on becoming more productive at any cost, but on helping life feel sustainable again.
Persistent or severe physical or emotional symptoms should also be discussed with your GP so that appropriate causes and support can be considered.
